Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to cashweep. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cashweep ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your registration, access and participation in all services, games and features made available through the cashweep website atcashweep.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating a cashweep account, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any cashweep service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Section 2

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The cashweep website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services accessible at cashweep.cam.
"Account"	A registered user account created by an eligible Player on the cashweep Platform.
"Player"	Any natural person aged 21 or above who has completed registration and maintains an active cashweep Account.
"Funds"	Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) balances deposited into or credited to a Player's cashweep Account.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, birthday reward or other incentive offered by cashweep subject to campaign-specific terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document-verification process required to activate certain Account functions.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
"Prohibited Person"	Any person ineligible to hold a cashweep Account, including persons under 21 years of age, excluded individuals and persons in restricted jurisdictions.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a cashweep Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are natural person aged 21 years or older. cashweep reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You are not a Prohibited Person, including persons self-excluded from gambling platforms or persons previously suspended or permanently banned from cashweep.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting activities are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative or agent of any third party or business entity.
• You have not previously had a cashweep Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Section 4

Registration & Accounts

Each eligible individual may hold only one cashweep Account. The creation of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated Funds, Bonuses and rewards, as well as permanent Account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cashweep will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify cashweep support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

cashweep may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of cashweep to provide any specific service or game category.

Section 5

Terms of Use

The cashweep Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform exclusively in accordance with these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following general usage obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not use any software, script, bot, crawler or automated tool access, interact with or scrape any part of the cashweep Platform without prior written authorisation.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, exploit or circumvent any game engine, random number generator, odds calculation system or promotional mechanism.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing or fraudulent coordinated betting activity on any game or sports market.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, financial crime or terrorist financing.
• You must not share, sell or transfer your Account credentials or balance to any other person.
• You agree to cooperate fully with any cashweep compliance, fraud investigation or identity verification review, providing requested documentation within the stated timeframe.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

cashweep accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through the following supported payment channels, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Transfer networks: DuitNow (instant), FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

Indicative minimum deposit amounts start fromRM30. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Processing times are estimates only — DuitNow and e-wallet credits are generally reflected within minutes, while FPX transfers may take 5–15 minutes subject to the participating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account. cashweep reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered under the same verified name as the cashweep Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

cashweep may offer welcome bonuses, birthday rewards, referal incentives, migration bonuses and other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own campaign-specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Each Bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Account, unless the campaign terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each Bonus. Uncompleted wagering is forfeited at expiry.
• Bonus amounts and reward figures presented on the Platform are illustrative tiers or promotional caps and do not constitute guarantees of payment independent of the applicable campaign terms and eligibility criteria.
• cashweep reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by an eligible Player.
• cashweep reserves the right to recover bonus amounts from an Account balance where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has abused the bonus system or violated campaign conditions.

Section 8

Gameplay Rules

All game outcomes on the cashweep Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems and, in the case of sports markets, by applicable event results confirmed through established sources. cashweep does not influence individual game outcomes.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, game rules, paytable information and applicable minimum/maximum bet limits are displayed within each individual game or market interface. It is the Player's responsibility to review these details before placing a wager. All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system; bets cannot be reversed or amended after the point of confirmation except in circumstances of manifest technical error.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disputed result or connectivity interruption affecting a wagering session, cashweep reserves the right to void the relevant bet, restore the session to its pre-bet state or take such other remedial action as is reasonable in the circumstances. cashweep's decision in such matters is final and binding.

Section 9

Responsible Gambling

cashweep is committed to supporting responsible gambling behaviour and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform makes available range of practical tools and information to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion requests.

Players who believe they may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling are strongly encouraged to visit our dedicatedResponsible Gambling page for detailed guidance. cashweep supports and endorses responsible gambling as an ongoing commitment, not a regulatory footnote.

Players who wish to be excluded from the Platform — temporarily or permanently — may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once confirmed, must not be circumvented by the creation of a new Account.

For players aged 21 and above only. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never be treated as a source of income, a method to recover financial losses, or an activity performed under the influence of substances. cashweep encourages all Players to set personal budgets and play within their means.

Section 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cashweep Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a Prohibited Person or allowing a Prohibited Person to access or use your Account.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or promotional lopholes for financial advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting obligations, or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing cashweep staff, other users or third-party service providers through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any content, data, game assets or intellectual property owned or licensed by cashweep without prior written consent.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, design elements, software, game assets, statistical data and other intellectual property available on the cashweep Platform are the property of cashweep or are licensed to cashweep by third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any cashweep intellectual property beyond the limited personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public performance or commercial use of cashweep content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property law.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cashweep and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds through normal gambling outcomes, service interruptions, technical faults or data loss.

cashweep does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that cashweep accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal Platform operation.

Nothing in this section limits cashweep's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Section 13

Suspension & Termination

cashweep reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• A Player is identified as a Prohibited Person or fails to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected in connection with an Account.
• cashweep is required to do so by applicable regulatory obligation, law enforcement instruction or court order.
• A Player requests voluntary self-exclusion in accordance with the cashweep Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure, any verified withdrawable balance remaining (net of applicable deductions for Bonus abuse or breach) will be returned to the Player through a supported payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, including the laws of Malaysia where applicable to Malaysian resident Players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cashweep's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction as determined by cashweep in accordance with its operational and regulatory framework.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. cashweep makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Section 15

Amendments

cashweep reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cashweep will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a prominent Platform notice or communication to the registered Account email address. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
